Seller worked with me to ensure the programmer would work with my Starkey Evolve AI 2400 RIC 312 hearing aids, that I had the right software and when the shipment arrived (right on schedule), there was a handwritten note with tips for getting them paired and working with the software. ​I am 75 with a hearing problem. I had a problem pair the device to my TV. I wrote an email and received a response within 10 minutes. Unable to give him the information he needed I received a phone call. Image a vendor calling to help with his product. Eventually he determined that I had the wrong adapter. He said just print the shipping label and send it back for full refund. I have never been so satisfied with a company in my life.
